I tried a different technique fo rthe metal on the helmet and glove. comments? I also used blue black as the shade color on the hamer and then a red black over it. Brown is from a light yellow highlight. I think it works better than I expected.

It looks really good! Any chance of different photo angles? The work on the base looks good too ...did you sculpt it?
ReplyDeleteThe base was scultped using sculpty putty. I made a small thin all bowel. I baked it until it was hard and fragile. Then i rolled a layer of sculpty flat on some parchment, Finally I crushed the bowel on top of the flat wet sculpty. I baked the 2 layer thing and glued it to the base.
